    Itinerary

    Day 1Arrival at Bhubaneswar

    Upon arrival at Bhubaneswar Airport/Railway Station, our representatives will meet and greet you and transfer to your pre booked hotel and check-in.Later if time permits, half day sightseeing of famous city temples, i.e. like Lingaraj, Parsurameswar, Mukteswar (known as the ‘gem of Orissa architecture’) andRajarani. After completion of sightseeing back to the hotel and overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.

    Day 2Bhubaneswar – Lalitagiri – Ratnagiri – Udaygiri – Bhubaneswar

    After having breakfast drive to the diamond triangle of Orissa – Ratnagiri (has a rich concentration of Buddhist antiquities), Lalitagiri (oldest Buddhist center of Orissa) andUdaygiri (largest Buddhist complexes in Orissa). Back to Bhubaneswar and overnight stay at the hotel.

    Day 3Bhubaneswar– Dhauli – Pipili – Konark – Puri

    After having breakfast drive to Puri, en-route visit Dhauli hill, an important place for Buddhism. Visit the monastery, Peace Pagoda and Ashokan inscriptions and drive further Pipili the applique work village & Konark Sun temple. On arrival at Puri check in to the hotel. Later visit to Jagannath Temple (non-Hindus are not allowed) / Relax on the golden beach of Puri. Overnight stay at Puri.

    Day 4Puri – Chilika – Gopalpur

    After breakfastdrive to Chilika Lake at Barkul (the largest brackish water lake). At Chilika take the boat cruise to explore the bird’s Island & Nalabana Island. Then proceed to Gopalpur and check in to the hotel. Overnight stay at Gopalpur.

    Day 5Puri –Chandragiri – Taptapani

    After having breakfastdrive to Chandragiri (situated in between the lush green forest – a unique destination for the Buddhist. meet Buddhist lama and attend their ritual in the monastery.Overnight stay in the tourist bungalow amidst the nature.

    Day 6Taptapani – Bhubaneswar

    After having breakfastdrive back to Bhubaneswar en-route visit Jaugad Buddhist Antiquity, Shri Taratarini Shaktipeeth, late afternoon arrival at Bhubaneswar, if time permit enjoy the light and sound show at Dhauli hill. Overnight stay at Bhubaneswar.

    Day 7Bhubaneswar Departure

    After having breakfastcheck-out from hotel and you will be dropped atBhubaneswar Airport/Railway Station for Your Return/Onward Journey.
