CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
- Cancellation charges will be applicable as per supplier policies and package-specific conditions.
- Flight tickets, train tickets, ferry tickets, visa fees, travel insurance, and service charges may be non-refundable.
- No refund will be applicable for unused services, missed sightseeing, meals, transportation, or hotel stays.
- Mid-tour cancellations shall be treated as non-refundable.
